M&D demonstrates commitment to its Customers through the guarantee on its products which exceeds requirements under law.The intemal timber structure of our products is guaranteed for five years from the date of delivery.The products are guaranteed for any other defects for a period of two years from the date of delivery.M&D products are created,designed and built to be used in a normal household context,and are thus graranteed for this type of use.Any defects that may arise as a result of any other use of the product shall therefore not be covered by the guarantee.If any defect is noted,inform your Dealer in writing.Do not attempt to correct the situation yourself,or get anyone other than staff to make any repairs.Any mechanisms that have been disassembled or altered and any attempt to make repairs yourself or by others shall void the guarantee.The grarantee does not cover transporting and packing costs to and from the manufacturer's or dealer's premises or any other repair point.The guarantee dose not cover any display items or products bought on sales.We wish to draw your attention to situations that may arise but that do not constitute defects in the product:
-Variations in grain or color or natural marks due to the typical properties of the leather and resulting from its normal use.
-Softening of the cushions as a result of the product being used.
-Variations in color resulting from the product being exposed to direct sunlight or heat source.
-Marks abrasions,or anything else that results from using unsuitable cleaning products,or products that are not approved by.
-Normal wear and tear on the products or any result of moving the product incorrectly.Hints and tips.When reporting any defect in writing.be as precise as possible and enclose a photograph showing the defect.This will allow us to deal with your problen more quickly and concretely.In any event,M&D liability may not exceed the purchase price of the product or its complete replacement.The law currently in force shall apply for any eventualities not covered by the above.M&D if the goods exceed the guarantee of requirements under law,we will provide the maintenance service but with charging costs and material expenses.The grarantee of the products begings with the date when you buy it and is warranted by the sales slip;please take care of the invoice or the sales slip.
